Esprit de June Liqueur Miniatures Yet another unique liqueur recipe created in Cognac, France, Esprit de June liqueur is made using the vine flowers harvested from three grapevine varieties: Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. These flowers blossom only in June, making this liqueur quite a rarity in its own class. The production process used to make lesprit de June liqueur, in itself, is also novel and experimental. The vine flowers are later combined with a neutral grape spirit before subjected to a Florentine still, a distillation process that is typically reserved for making perfumes, a fact that probably inspired the perfume bottle appearance of an Esprit de June liqueur mini bottle. The resulting spirit is no less than extraordinary. The aroma is likened to a bouquet of rose petals combined with the sweet, fruity flavour of strawberries. The texture is ultra-light on the palate, almost as if you were drinking mist itself. The taste then rapidly develops to a heavily perfumed aftertaste. This spirit is also sold in Esprit de June liqueur 5cl bottles. An Esprit de June liqueur miniature is highly recommended for neat taking chilled. Although pouring over ice is also recommended, this will dilute the 28% ABV expression of the spirit. Espirit liqueur miniatures also deliver just the right volume to create lovely tall glass tipples. Consider the Esprit de June liqueur small bottle for toasting and as party favours.
