Raisthorpe Manor Gin Miniatures Raisthorpe Manors Damson Gin liqueur is produced using age-old traditional methods to create a Great Taste 2 gold star award-winning liqueur. Summer ripened damsons are grown on the Wolds, once picked these are then steeped in London Gin and sugar and left to mature for a minimum of 8 months on the Raisthorpe Estate. This Damson Gin is quite a bit smoother and fruiter to taste than some of the more traditional Sloe Gins and has a wonderfully deep colour.
