Arran 14 yr Single Malt Scotch Whisky Miniature – 5cl This Isle of Arran 14 year old has been re-racked into fresh American Bourbon barrels and Sherry hogsheads each for two years. The resulting whisky is a classically fruity Isle of Arran malt, with the sherry wood giving good depth to the Scotch. It is a very fragrant and perfumed whisky, with hints of peaches, brandy, ginger snaps, vanilla and just a light oakiness. It is both smooth and creamy on the palate, with spicy summer fruits, apricots and hazelnuts. This whisky has a lengthy finish which is spicy and biscuity that slowly dries with just a hint of sea salt.
