Raisthorpe Manor Shoot Shots Sloe Gin Miniature – 5cl Raisthorpe Manors Sloe Gin is crafted using traditional methods to create a fabulous, sophisticated, rather complex Sloe Gin. The sloes are grown on the Raisthorpe Estate, once ripe these are then handpicked, taken to the fermenting room where they are steeped in London Gin and sugar and left for six to eight months to sleep. Once opened the Sloe Gin has an awakening bitterness but yet fruity flavour from the Sloes, it is great with Champagne, sparkling white wine or simply on its own. Absolutely perfect in the great outdoors (made for hip flasks!), as an after-dinner drink, or simply sat round an open fire on one of those cold winter nights!
