The Pogues Irish Whiskey Miniature – 5cl The Pogues is the official Irish Whiskey of the legendary band of the same name. The Pogues Irish Whiskey is a rather unique blend which is created by using a 10 year old Irish single malt Whiskey which has been aged in Sherry oak casks and a 7 year old Irish single malt Whiskey which has been aged in Bourbon oak casks to make up 50% of the blend. This is carefully blended with a 4 year old Irish grain Whiskey which has been aged in Bourbon oak casks to make up the other 50%. The resulting Whiskey has an aroma of cereal, malts and cracked nuts, with a real sweet nutty taste and a smooth, intense flavour.
