Whitley Neill Quince mini opens to an aroma of zesty citrus from junipers, blended with the subtle sweetness and creaminess of yoghurt, and the uncustomary aroma of exotic spices. On the palate, this flavour infused gin is thickly concentrated with the sweetness of ripe quince, peach, pear and juniper, intimately coated with the spice and warming effect of ginger.
