Pickerings Gin Miniature – 5cl Pickerings Gin is distilled by hand and is based on the original Bombay Gin recipe before being wax sealed in red wax. The nose is clean and fresh with hints of pine that are derived from the juniper berries and just a touch citrus fruits. The palate is rather aromatic in the mouth with hints of liquorice, cinnamon, toasted nuts and a sweet lavender-like softness. The finish is very refreshing, crisp and dry.
