Edinburgh Gin Miniature – 5cl

Edinburgh Gin Miniature – 5cl Edinburgh Gin is distilled in a 200 year old copper still which gives this gin a wonderful slight green tinge to it. The nose is very clean and fresh with plenty of spicy notes, the palate is quite alpine with hints of pine cones and heather. This is a well-balanced crisp gin with a gingery spiciness and some laid back citrus fruits.
