Our flagship Tarquins Cornish Gin is first distilled in small batches, then post distillation we lovingly infuse with the most delicious rhubarb and raspberries we can lay our hands on, to give this special gin its beautiful blush. Tasting notes: Lemon sherbet, fresh raspberries and soft juniper on the nose. Rhubarb sorbet, crisp pine and Eastern spice on the palate. With a finish of tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and frangipane.
